Do I need to put detergent or fabric softener into the washing machine by myself?

No, you don’t. Detergent and softener will be provided by the automatic dispenser.

What is the maximum capacity of the washing machine?

20 pounds

How to make payment?

Payment is made by Octopus card.  Please ensure you have sufficient fund.

How long does it take to wash and dry my clothes?

Wash cycle 26 minutes

Drying time 35 minutes

Are there any types of garments that are not suitable for washing or drying?

Do not put the following items into the washing machines or dryers: bedding items, silk garments, wool, gasoline stained uniforms, down garments, shoes, suede, leathers, synthetic leathers, and sandy clothes.

Are there any limitations on the garment type?

The Super eLocker service does not apply to bedding items, silk garments, wool, gasoline stained uniforms, down garments, shoes, suede, leathers, synthetic leathers, and sandy clothes. If we have received any items that need special care, we will contact you immediately and reserve the right to refuse handling.

Can I still pick up my clothes if I have lost my receipt?

You can still pick up your clothes even without a receipt as long as you have the QR code or password we sent to you via SMS.

I forgot to put one of the receipts into the laundry bag, what should I do?

Don’t worry. We will check the transaction records and reprint your receipt. However, your laundry service might be delayed.

When can I pick up my laundry after dropping off?

Drop off before 10am à Ready for pick up after 5pm the same day
Drop off after 10am à Ready for pick up after 5pm the next day

What is the maximum capacity of the Super eLocker?

Small eBox: below 10 pounds
Medium eBox: 10-15 pounds
Large eBox: over 15 pounds

Our system will automatically assign the most suitable eBox according the weight of your laundry.

Is there a specific pick-up deadline? What if I miss the pick-up deadline?

Customers should pick-up their laundry within 24 hours after receiving our SMS. A storage fee of $24 per day will be charged for late pick-up. Upon pick-up, the system will indicate the additional charges if there are any.  Sunshine 24 will not be held liable for any item(s) damaged, lost or donated to charity after the thirty (30) day time period.

What areas do you serve?

We serve most areas in Hong Kong except Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and remote islands.

What if I am not at home when my laundry is delivered?

You can communicate with us by dialing or sending Whatsapp to 6629 1949.

How to calculate the price?

Click here to see our price list.

Our delivery staffs will confirm the number of items we have picked up. After sending the laundry to our factory, we will contact you by phone or Whatsapp to confirm the charges.

How to make payment?

After picking up the clothes and confirming the charges, we will inform you our HSBC bank account number. Please transfer the amount and send a copy of your bank transfer receipt by fax or Whatsapp.

When will I get my laundry back?

Generally, your clothes can be sent back within one week. We will contact you by phone or Whatsapp to confirm the delivery date. 

What if I have particular washing requirements?
